Purpose

For over 20 years, I have been surrounded by colleagues who are dedicated to creating value for their clients while providing for their families.  Unfortunately too many are forsaking their own well-being along the way.  They spend the work week sitting in cars, trains and offices.  It is increasingly difficult for them to find the time to exercise.  They encounter stress, not only from work, but also from their personal responsibilities. The result, across the board, is suffering.  It’s either a bad back, weight gain, high cholesterol or something else; all in the name of achieving “success” so that one day, they can retire and enjoy life.

I believe that despite all the demands and stress of a corporate lifestyle; one can enjoy a successful career and feel good.  I believe it is possible to become more focused, productive and efficient as we age. I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed by stress, work, and life in general.  I’ve lived the corporate life for over two decades and have spent much of that time searching for techniques to feel good, look good, and maximize my potential.  I have found that everything starts, and ends, with me.  If I want to think clearly, exhibit patience, and innovate; I have to nurture both my body and my mind.

The Mindful Point is the result of 20 years of mindfulness and corporate experience.  My goal is to help busy professionals thrive, both physically and mentally, for the long term.  I help people feel good and evolve into their best selves by brining proven mindfulness techniques to the mainstream.

Mission

My mission is to help people realize their full potential by providing simple, proven mindfulness techniques that can be easily integrated into a busy, corporate lifestyle to help enhance focus, memory, innovation, decision making, overall performance and well-being.
